Founding of Habitations Nord-Est by Jean-Paul Imbleau. Development of single-family housing projects in Port-Cartier, Anjou, East Montreal, Boisbriand, and Saint-Eustache in the 1960s and 1970s.
Richard Imbleau and Samir Skaff, civil engineers, take over management. Development of single-family projects on the North and South shores of Montreal. A leader in intergenerational homes.
Transition to multi-unit housing projects: condominiums and rental buildings in Terrebonne and Mascouche.
Awarded the Master Builder – Diamond Palm designation for six consecutive years.
Management is taken over by Marc Imbleau, a land surveyor involved in the development of the Urbanova condominium project in Terrebonne.
Jessy and Marc-André Cousineau, third-generation carpenters and joiners, partner with the Imbleau family
Christine Imbleau, a senior marketer, joins the team. The company becomes Habita Nord-Est and expands its offerings with customizable townhomes on the North Shore.
